VMAR-8 Conchas Chinas villa - Upper Conchas
Chinas villa built in 1997 with an impressive 10,000 square feet of living
area, with eight air-conditioned bedrooms and nine modern bathrooms. The
patio balconies are full-sized to accommodate even large gatherings and
the casual open-air living room invites a relaxing time with friends. All
of Banderas Bay from Punta de Mita to Los Arcos is visible. This hillside
villa features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, stereo and CD
player, wrought ironworks, chaise lounges, hand-painted tiles, stained
glass windows and other handicrafts imported from throughout Mexico. All
bedrooms have king beds (except one with a double bed), air conditioning,
ample closet space, ceiling fan and balconies with fantastic ocean views.
The villa includes an entertainment room with pool table, wet bar, large
screen direct television and VCR. Maid service, houseman and a cook for
up to two meals per day. Four blocks to the beach. Accommodates up to sixteen
(16) guests.
