PB-73  Los Muertos Beach - A charming seventh floor penthouse condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach. Three bedrooms each with king bed (one of which can be made into two singles), three baths, cable television, DVD and CD, wireless internet, telephone, ceiling fans, fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, purified water system, and washer and dryer. Fully air conditioned with mini-split a/c. A long wrap around balcony off the living room with fantastic views of Banderas Bay. The master bedroom has an ocean view. Spiral staircase leads up to a private heated dipping pool and rooftop sundeck terrace with BBQ, stove and refrigerator exclusively for use by the clients with even more spectacular views. Recently remodeled kitchen and rooftop sundeck area. Maximum of six (6) guests.

Condo building amenities include elevator, reception desk, 24 hour security, a large ground level pool and sun deck terrace with views of Los Muertos Beach. Maid service is twice a week, usually Tuesday and Friday (additional maid service around 300 pesos or $30 per day). The building is located just a few minutes walk to the main South Side area clubs, fine restaurants, shopping and lively nightlife.

$500 USD refundable security deposit required. Sat to Sat rentals only during winter months. No smoking inside, smoking allowed outside only on the balcony or rooftop. No pets or children under five.

Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $450 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $350 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks, $550 per night.
