PB-71  Los Muertos Beach - A charming seventh floor penthouse condo recently remodeled on the south end of Los Muertos beach. Three air conditioned bedrooms each with king bed, two baths, large closet space, cable television, DVD and CD players, telephone, fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, purified water system, ceiling fans, wireless internet, safe in unit, washer and dryer. The balcony off the living and dining area gives fantastic views of Banderas Bay. Spiral staircase leads up to a private dipping pool and rooftop sun deck terrace exclusively for use by the clients.

The maid, providing service 6 days a week, can also cook breakfast for the guests if they wish. Guests buy the groceries and she will take care of the preparation. Please be generous with tipping.

Condo building amenities include elevator, reception desk, 24 hour security, a large ground level heated pool and sun deck terrace with views of Los Muertos Beach and Banderas Bay. The building is located just a few minutes walk to the main South Side area and so is close to restaurants, bars and shopping. No children or pets. No smoking. Seven (7) nights minimum all year.

Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $435 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $330 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, $535 per night. Note: Add 15% tax to these prices.
