General features: Marble tile 60 x 30 cms. throughout the unit, wall window sliding doors and matching windows, European style cabinets, doors and closet build outs, fan and coil air conditioning equipment with separated temperature controls with contain dehumidification, direct telephone line outlets in kitchen and bedrooms, controlled access lobbies at each elevator, Otis elevator access to units, security guard gates for vehicle entrance and exit, covered parking inside the secured garage, Infinity community swimming pool, lounge areas in pool area with sun terraces and palapa style decks, built-in BBQ, contemporary Mexican style terraces, halls and tropical gardens, generous closets and storage space, All units, except for the penthouses, will be three bedroom (optional 2 bedroom and den) and three bathrooms, ocean and city lights views, tropical lounging areas, direct gated access to the public beach and Malecon, security controlled ingress and egress, cable television hook-up in bedrooms, family room, and living room (wired), lush endemic landscaping and gardens, direct and indirect lighting according to design (low-voltage ceiling lamps), central air to master closets where possible.

Rates: High Season $495 per night; Low Season $395; Holidays $595. Add $100 non-refundable administrative fee to rental amount. Taxes included. $500-1000 refundable security deposit.

Along with payment terms of 50% due to hold your booking. Balance due 60-65 days prior to arrival. Holidays require 90 days final payment. 50% penalty any bookings with deposits. 100% full penalty within final payment deadline. We suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect you in the unlikely event of cancellation for a covered event. In the event our office rents the property again for the exact dates and price of your trip, you will receive full refund, less $500.00 cancel fee.
